※This session is in English audio.
In this talk, we'll explore how Blender can transform your approach to design and visualization, showcasing its power across a wide range of projects. From small residential designs to large-scale international developments, I'll share examples where Blender played a crucial role in enhancing the design process. Some examples include a façade for a mixed used development, and design for a landscape project.
You'll see how its parametric tools, such as modifiers and Geometry Nodes, make it easier to iterate and explore design options efficiently. We'll also discuss how Geometry Nodes compares to Grasshopper, when it actually works better than GH, and why its open-source nature makes it an excellent choice for architects.
Additionally, I'll introduce you to the Tissue Addon, a simple yet effective tool for tessellating geometry parametrically.
By the end of this session, you will see why Blender deserves a place in every architect and designer's toolkit and how it can drive creativity and innovation in your projects.
